Terms & Conditions

• Deposits:
• All deposits are fully refunded if the session is cancelled by James Studios for any unforeseen reason (i.e. sickness)
• All deposits are fully refunded if notice of cancellation is given two weeks prior to the session
• 50% of the deposit is refunded if notice of cancellation is given one week prior to the session
• No refund of deposit will be given if less than seven days notice is given of cancellation
• For 'Recording Experience Days', James Studios will require a 50% cash deposit to cover the cost of time spent preparing backing tracks
• The remaining 50% to be paid on completion
• James Studios requires 2 weeks' notice from Recording Experience Days clients for time to prepare the backing track
• James Studios has the right to refuse any clients
• James Studios must advise each client that the technology on offer can only 'enhance' vocal quality
• All children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Anyone being disruptive or behaving badly will be removed from the premises, no refund will be given, and the session will be terminated
• 2% of all profits will be given to charity (details will be given upon request)
